All packages include cash basis financials at month end, reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card accounts, income and expense tracking and e-mail and phone support.  

We use a proven system that will take a deep dive into your QuickBooks Online.   We will give you a full report of what needs your attention .  

 Do you have employees that need to be put on a payroll? Utilizing our knowledge or our partner, Gusto, we are happy to help you and your employees get set up for payroll services. 

Every company is different with their own way of processing things. With a one time fee, we help you to set up QuickBooks online, guide you through configuration, setting up a chart of accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and ongoing data entry.

 It can get overwhelming keeping track of what Vendors you owe money to as well as which customers owe money to you. We will keep track of that for you and ensure that you and your vendors get paid on time every month. 

Can you do my taxes?

Starfish Bookkeeping doesn’t do tax prep internally but we do partner with an exceptional tax firm and can arrange for your taxes to be done for you at a great price.   If you prefer to use your own CPA, we will ensure your books are accurately updated so they’re ready to be passed on to your tax preparer. 

What other small business cloud tools do you work with?

I work exclusively with QuickBooks Online however there are many applications that we can utilize hand in hand with QBO to run all aspect of your business smoothly.

How much does it cost?

We charge a flat monthly fee based on your needs and requirements.

Shouldn’t my bookkeeper be local?

Small businesses no longer need to work with a local bookkeeper. The internet and cloud technology make it easy for bookkeepers to securely access their client’s books anytime, anywhere.  

Do I need to clean up my books first?
